CNC Machinist

We are currently seeking a Machinist to operate CNC machines and manufacture parts to the customers specifications. 

We use the following machines: 
• FADEL 3 AXIS - VMC 15, VMC 4920, VMC 8030 
• HAAS - GR712 
• CNC Lathe - Takamaz GSC 10 

Working Conditions: 
• Warehouse environment 
• Work with loud noise and machinery environment 

Education: 
• 5-10 years of CNC machine operating experience required 
• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred 

Responsibilities: 
• Strong knowledge and experience with FADEL and HAAS Controls 
• Must demonstrate safety precautions and how to follow proper instructions to avoid injury  
• Must have excellent math skills 
• Well organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Must be very detail oriented. Ensure the required production steps are in place 
• Must have good computer skills 
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines 
• Must be able to provide your own tools 

Physical Requirements: 
• This position spends approximately 85% of the day moving 
• Must regularly need to lift and or move up to 50 pounds 
• Must be able to stand, walk, talk, hear, sit, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and walk in the course of their normal duties 
• Must have hand and wrist coordination for data entry input. Must be able to work with hands and arms to reach, finger, handle, or feel objects 
• Must have good close vision distance and vision peripheral and depth perception 
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers
